Similar to the El Cerrito Project, the San Jose Project was also a complete remodel of another outdated house situated in the suburbs of San Jose. Unlike the El Cerrito Project, we were able to salvage the some of the interior, including the existing walls and the hardwood flooring. Other than that, everything inside the residence is brand new.
